We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations within a luxury resort on the outskirts of Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a senior team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across the resort
* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience
* Manage stock control, suppliers, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
* Support rota planning and labour cost control
* Work closely with HODs and support events
About You
* Experience in a Food & Beverage management role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Commercially focused and results-driven
* Excellent communication and team development abilities
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)
