What will you do?
* Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold high standards
* Design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions
* Manage recipe development, portioning, and preparation in line with budget goals
* Oversee purchasing, inventory, food and labor costs, and operational reporting
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
* Utilize financial skills to manage P&Ls, budgets, and scheduling
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development
* Provide coaching and mentorship to culinary staff, supporting their career growth
About you
* Minimum 10 years culinary experience, with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality
* Deep knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine
* Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred; ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required; Michelin Star experience is a plus
* Strong financial management and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
* Proven leadership and team-building skills
* Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a high-profile restaurant
