Role Overview The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the financial and commercial management of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role will oversee all commercial aspects from initial enquiry to final account and retention release, driving best practice in cost control, reporting, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the financial performance of all assigned projects, from tender stage through to final account and release of retentions.
