Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
* Develop and manage relationships with preferred suppliers.
* Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately recorded within CRM systems.
* Process Change of Tenancy requests efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain account portfolios within internal systems and CRM platforms.
* Resolve customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
* Monitor shared inboxes and respond to enquiries via email and phone.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
