We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Receptionist /Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management and Course Tutors.
Principal Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:
Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering
Course booking administration
Hotel bookings candidates & staff
Production of course handouts and presentation material
Post-course administration including letters and processing certification and creating & updating database records
Petty Cash
Developing and maintaining excellent client working relationships
Administrative support to Management, Sales and Course Tutors as required
