My client, an Engineering company based nr Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a Permanent basis. You will join a small team where you will be responsible for supporting a range of site activities, from front-of-house reception work and document control to managing the stores database and assist with deliveries for the engineering team. The main functions of the role include - Act as the first point of contact for both visitors and phone calls - Processing purchase orders - Managing invoices - Maintaining the site and supporting with general admin tasks - Managing stationery orders - Supporting the Maintenance Manager with audits - Supporting with site tours and visitors - Manage deliveries against delivery notes As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Ideally have previous experience in a similar role with an Engineering environment - Strong IT skills especially MS Office - Excellent Communication skills - Be happy to work independently a lot of the time The hours required for this role are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) (35 hour week) Keywords Admin, Stores, Administration, Reception, MS Office...
