Assistant General Manager- Restaurant Manager Richmond - £40/45k
Are you looking for your next step in hospitality management? My client operates some of the most iconic restaurants across London and the UK, and they’re now searching for exceptional talent to join their busy site in Richmond.

We’re on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for this modern bar/pub/venue in Richmond. The site delivers a strong mix of wet and dry sales, generating weekly turnovers of £35–40k.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in high-volume restaurants, or food led pubs
* Proven ability to manage both wet and dry sales in a full-service environment
* Strong leadership skills, leading from the floor and keeping teams motivated
* Commercially aware with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
* A confident, energetic personality – someone who brings enthusiasm to both staff and guests
* Personality and drive are highly valued – this business invests in its people
* Clear career progression, with past AGMs developing into General Managers within a year
* A company that’s growing, offering long-term opportunities for ambitious individuals
