The Opportunity
Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this, we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero, and Energy Security.
In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
• Manage the operational framework governing the supply and integration of embedded resources into the Commissioning Alliance.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that resource deployment aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between Amentum, Alliance Lead Team and the client.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and effectiveness of the framework, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Support onboarding, induction, and alignment of embedded personnel with Alliance culture, values, and processes.
• Maintain clear and accessible documentation related to framework governance, resource planning, and reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration between delivery partners to ensure seamless integration of embedded teams.
• Contribute to assurance activities, audits, and readiness reviews.
• Management of quarterly and annual KPI assessment, ensuring maximum return on incentive payments, including annual continuous improvement plans
• Chair Quarterly Steer-Co meeting on behalf of the Commissioning Alliance, ensuring strategic direction of the Alliance remains on target
• Ensure compliance with all internal reporting, governance, compliance wit Business Management Systems (BMS) requirements
• Deliver growth and financial targets inline with annual business plan.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
• Experience managing frameworks or contracts involving embedded or seconded personnel in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, alliance delivery models, and collaborative working environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage documentation, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within nuclear, energy, or major infrastructure sectors.
• Understanding of NEC contracts and alliance principles.
• Project or programme management qualifications (e.g., APM, MSP, Lean).
