As an HR & Employment Law Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support and employment law advice for business owners across the UK. Advising on employment law matters, including TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, and unfair dismissal, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Leading HR projects, such as organisational development and change management.
Conducting disciplinary hearings and other HR-related proceedings.
Occasional travel, only when absolutely necessary, to client sites for consultations and project implementation.
Strong foundation in HR practices and employment law.
Proven experience in HR consultancy or a similar role.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must possess a valid driving licence and be open to business travel as needed.
