You’ll play a key role in helping the business build stronger leadership capability, improve employee experience, and implement scalable people practices that support future growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner with managers and leaders across the business.</li><li>Manage employee relations matters including:
<ul><li>Absence</li><li>Conduct</li><li>Capability</li><li>Grievance</li><li>Disciplinary</li><li>Probation</li><li>Performance management</li></ul></li><li>Coach managers through challenging people situations.</li><li>Support business change and transformation projects.</li><li>Improve and streamline people processes.</li><li>Assist with HR system implementation and adoption.</li><li>Analyse people data and identify trends.</li><li>Create practical management guidance and toolkits.</li><li>Support leadership development initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to the continued evolution of the People function.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>You’ll already be operating in one of the following roles:</p><ul><li>People Business Partner</li><li>HR Business Partner</li><li>Senior HR Advisor</li><li>Senior People Advisor</li></ul><p>You’ll have:</p><ul><li>Strong UK employment law knowledge.</li><li>Significant employee relations experience.</li><li>Experience coaching managers.</li><li>A pragmatic and commercially focused approach.</li><li>Experience working within a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills.</li><li>The confidence to challenge constructively.</li><li>A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.</li></ul><h3>What’s on Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity to influence business‑wide change.</li><li>Growing organisation with genuine career progression opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative leadership team.</li><li>Exposure to strategic and operational People projects.</li><li>Modern working environment.</li><li>Supportive culture focused on continuous improvement.</li></ul></div>
