Overview
An opportunity has arisen for Health Visitors to work in the 0-19+ Service for Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
* Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of an integrated 0-19+ Team.
* Manage a caseload of universal, partnership and partnership plus families.
* Be involved in a range of public health activities within a geographic area, including work with individuals, groups and communities.
* Act as a key stakeholder in safeguarding children, working collaboratively with other agencies.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Clinical Governance, Risk Management, audits and relevant Professional Codes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; flexible, solution-focused and able to support service development.
