Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinating schedules and internal communications with engineers and clients
* Organise and maintain maintenance for machinery and equipment
* Support with order processing and supporting inventory management
* Maintain and accurately update records and in-house database across various platforms
* Streamline and monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement
Skills and Experience required:
* Essential written and verbal communication skills
* Background knowledge with machinery and or equipment
* Experience in scheduling and maintaining records
* Strong Microsoft Office Experience
