Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our B2B Client Services team, working with some of our largest and most dynamic global accounts. This role oversees high-profile projects spanning integrated campaigns, global events, brand strategy, and internal communications. You will manage multiple projects and budgets, act as the main liaison between clients and agency teams, and ensure delivery of work that drives measurable results. You will also support Account Directors, help shape strategic direction, and mentor colleagues. The role is based in Filleigh, North Devon, with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
 * Leading live projects for a portfolio of B2B Clients and ensuring smooth, successful delivery.
 * Managing and overseeing all active projects, budgets, and timelines.
 * Acting as the main point of contact between Client and Agency, building strong long-term partnerships.
 * Presenting proposals, strategies, and creative recommendations clearly and effectively.
 * Proactively identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships.
 * Ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and the highest creative and strategic standards.
 * Representing the team in key meetings when required.
 * Supporting the development of junior team members through guidance and collaboration.
About The Person
 * Experience in an agency or client-facing environment (B2B experience is an advantage, but not essential).
 * The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
 * Skills in building strong client relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and an openness to learning.
 * An interest in progressing your career, whether stepping up from Account Manager or already working as a Senior Account Manager.
