Education / Qualification
Essential criteria
1. 1.Evidence of a good standard of written and spoken English e.g. previous qualifications or evidence of previous presentations
2. 2.Demonstrate ability to learn new skills e.g. evidence of previous study
3. 4.Educated to ‘GCSE’ Level Standard or equivalent
Desirable criteria
4. NVQ customer care or equivalent qualification
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
5. 1.Able to create and maintain systems from which information can be produced
6. 3.Significant IT experience including extraction of data
7. 2.Ability to write reports on discharge data and to communicate this information to all levels of clinical staff
Desirable criteria
8. Previous NHS experience
9. Cerner and Clinical applications experience and knowledge
SKills, Abilities and Attributes
Essential criteria
10. 1.Able to communicate information using a variety of written and verbal communication skills
11. 2.Proactive at problem solving using knowledge, initiative and experience
12. 3.Ability to analyse data, to notice and report trends on current discharge position
Desirable criteria
13. •Excellent Written communication (literacy and numeracy) skills in telephone negotiation, Customer care, report writing and implementation plans
14. •Use of hospital IT systems such as Cerner
