A newly created role within our Autocentre business, our Designated centre managers will be a vital support to our management team. As a Designated centre manager, you will support local centres within a reasonable travel time and lead the in‑centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation. No two days are the same so you will need to be open to change, adaptable, and ensure that the team are on board and motivated to constantly move forwards with the ever‑changing environment that adapts to meet our customers’ needs and demands. This experience will set you up to successfully run your own allocated centre when an appropriate vacancy arises.

Compensation & Benefits
* On‑target earnings up to £51,500
* Base salary £35,000 – £40,000
* An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,500 per year
* 5 days a week (centre closed on Sunday)

Skills and Experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
* Engaging and motivational, coaching‑based approach to team development and ability to provide in‑the‑moment training
* Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimising profit
* Experience meeting compliance standards across health and safety
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficient, with willingness to learn in‑house systems
* Good time management
* Current valid driving licence
