The Opportunity
A Midlands-based construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to lead schemes that shape the region’s industrial landscape, while developing your career within a supportive consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from feasibility and costing through to completion
* Develop project programmes, procurement strategies, and risk management plans
* Oversee budgets, contract administration, and cost control
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and engineers to ensure successful delivery
* Ensure compliance with statutory and quality standards across all phases
* Provide regular reporting and maintain strong client relationships
About You
* Proven experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects (warehouses, plants, or similar facilities)
* Strong knowledge of project management processes, procurement, and contract administration
* Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Professional qualification such as APM, MRICS, or similar (preferred, not essential)
