What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and grow a £600k+ portfolio across new and existing financial services clients
* Lead consultative conversations to design tailored learning programmes with in-house experts
* Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing
* Influence strategic direction through market insight and client feedback
What You’ll Bring
* Proven success in consultative B2B sales, ideally in learning or financial services
* Strong ability to open doors, build trust, and convert interest into long-term client relationships
* Excellent written communication and pitch writing skills
* Commercial drive with the ability to work autonomously and to revenue targets
