 
        
        The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
 * Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
 * Provide professional planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
 * Undertake site appraisals and policy reviews
 * Contribute to the preparation of planning statements and supporting documents
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues across planning and development teams
About You
 * RTPI accredited degree or master’s in Town Planning or a related discipline
 * Ideally working towards or already MRTPI chartered status
 * 1–3 years of professional planning experience (private or public sector)
 * Strong communication, analytical, and report‑writing skills
 * A motivated and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for planning
