Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will support the team in delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns with a focus on digital, social and on-brand execution. Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across global and local markets, with emphasis on digital and social.
* Align campaign strategies with commercial goals including awareness, conversion, and revenue.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact brand moments across digital platforms.
* Act as liaison with international teams and local agencies to ensure locally relevant digital execution.
* Uphold creative, tone, and messaging consistency while adapting to cultural nuance.
* Translate brand positioning into compelling digital and social activations.
* Partner with content, e-commerce, and campaign leads to deliver assets that perform across digital channels.
* Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met.
* Communicate campaign direction, priorities, and KPIs clearly to internal teams and agency partners.
About You
* 5–8 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
* Experience managing global campaigns with local market adaptations via agency partners
* Proven track record in digital, CRM, retail, and content marketing
* Hands-on experience briefing and managing external creative and media agencies
* Skilled at working with internal teams across product, creative, digital, and commercial functions
* Previous experience across the APAC region is desirable
