Responsibilities:
* Utilising
professional call handling skills
to provide a high-quality service to customers.
* Promptly and professionally responding to
emails and online enquiries
in compliance with company standards.
* Acting as a
key point of contact
for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
* Maintaining
accurate records
of all customer demands and ensuring they are completely recorded.
* Identifying
trends and gaps
within the department, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement and training updates.
* Working
collaboratively as part of a team
to achieve common goals and support colleagues in delivering best-in-class service.
