We’re currently recruiting for a Programme Delivery Lead to take forward our Water Transformation initiatives with a focus on driving a step change in key areas: affordability, enhancing customer experience, improving asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Being a confident leader with a passion to be creative, you will be a creative learner, focused on achieving benefits and outcomes by taking ownership in a highly collaborative network of internal stakeholders. Your approach to agile methodologies, curiosity, and readiness to explore innovative solutions will help bring our standards to be industry leading, ensuring outputs/outcomes are delivered on time, to quality and to budget, necessitating effective stakeholder and risk/issue management.

* Strategic thinking with commercial and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with digital products and how they can drive transformation.
* Understanding of regulated utility environments—water industry knowledge is a big plus.
