Assistant Craftsperson
Location: Hillis Lodge
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,795.62 - £26,436.50
Role Purpose:
To undertake appropriate PPM & repair works, minor improvements within the community, and act as on-site liaison for the estates team.

Requirements: Must hold a clean Full UK driving licence.

Main Duties:
* Participate in the emergency out-of-hours on-call rota.
* Perform water hygiene maintenance, PAT testing, fire extinguisher inspections, plantroom inspections, fire alarm testing, and emergency light testing.
* Escort and assist contractors and suppliers, carrying out repair and adjustment tasks as required.
Clinical Responsibilities:
* Ensure understanding and adherence to professional responsibilities when interacting with clients.
* Communicate effectively with the clinical team on behalf of the estates manager when needed.
Communication:
Internal: Estates and Facilities Managers and Staff, Site Clinical Managers, and other Trust staff.
External: Contractors and Suppliers.
