We are seeking a Retail & Foodhall Associate to join our team in a busy retail environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. No Retail or Foodhall experience required as full training will be provided.
Duties
* As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for offering the highest level of customer care at all times and maintaining the highest standards within the department. Additional daily tasks include cash handling, merchandising, general housekeeping duties.
Skills
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
* Proficient phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
* Successful candidate should be confident, outgoing and flexible
Job Details
* Location: Forres
* Hours are flexible between 16 - 40 hours per week available.
* Shifts will include working every other weekend plus additional hours through the week.
* Contracted for 6 months with the possibility of this being extended.
* Salary range: Competitive
