What You Will Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our sales community by building a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives and drive growth. Responsibilities include generating leads via phone calls, analyzing data pipelines, and utilizing email, social media, and portals.
This office-based role in Birmingham reports to the Bid Team and Sales Support Manager. You will collaborate with Business Development Managers, Growth Teams, and virtual account teams to manage portals and projects.
The ideal candidate is persistent, with a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.

How You Will Do It

Minimum Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience with cold calling
* Experience in research and database management
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with CRM systems

* Strong organizational and time management skills
