Duties:
* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor and record vital signs
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team
* Document care provided accurately and timely
Requirements:
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Experience in home care or similar role is preferred
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
* Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
