Job Summary: We are seeking one or two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Account Executives or Junior Account Managers. This role involves working closely with our high-profile international fashion brand accounts. The successful candidates will be integral in managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis and will liaise with various departments within the agency, including creative and production. We are looking for individuals who are keen to grow with us and can embrace the opportunity to be developed into key players within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Handle day-to-day management of brand accounts. Ensure client needs and expectations are met with professionalism and creativity.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the creative and production departments to ensure smooth execution of projects. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
* Growth and Development: Show a keen interest in growing with the company. Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the agency.
* Event Production and Creative Direction: Assist in the planning and execution of events. Have a basic understanding of design and creative direction to contribute to project conceptualisation and implementation.
* Communication and Organization: Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Maintain well-organised project documentation and client correspondence.
* Cultural Engagement: Display a curiosity and interest in culture at large. Understand the importance of cultural trends and their impact on client projects.
Qualifications:
* Some experience in event production agencies or client-side roles. Profiles from digital-only agencies may not be suitable.
* Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience in managing or communicating with clients.
* Well-organised with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Curious and culturally engaged, with an interest in broadening their industry knowledge.
* Basic understanding of design and creative direction.
