-The appointed solicitor will assist the conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions by preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications from inception to completion.
-Responsibilities include handling legal document drafting, including letters and contracts, while liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
-The appointed Legal Professional should have prior experience in conveyancing, strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
