Contract: Fixed Term, 12 months

The Opportunity
We are supporting a highly respected organisation in recruiting an experienced LMS Manager. This role is responsible for the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisations Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital learning platforms.
You will ensure the LMS is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business and learning objectives. Leading digital learning projects, managing integrations, overseeing content governance, and providing actionable insights through analytics will be central to your role.
This is a hybrid role based in Peterborough, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisations learning and development function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the LMS, including administration, user access, content governance, and audience segmentation
Oversee upload, maintenance, and archiving of learning content for accuracy and compliance
Conduct regular testing of LMS functionality, including learning paths, integrations, and new features
Manage LMS migrations when required and ensure seamless integration with other systems (HRIS, data feeds, third-party platforms)
Use learning analytics to measure engagement, outcomes, and effectiveness; provide actionable insights and dashboards
Lead digital learning projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, Line Managers) and external partners (LMS and content providers)
Design and deliver e-learning modules, curate audience rules, and support targeted learning delivery
Undertake quality assurance and testing of LMS functionality
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning environments
Experience integrating systems and managing LMS migrations
Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting tools
Strong organisational and time management skills; able to adapt to changing priorities
Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
Experience leading digital learning projects and stakeholder engagement
Desirable:
Experience using Oracle HCM Cloud recruiting module or equivalent HRIS
Experience designing and delivering e-learning content
Experience or understanding of Government Training Programmes
