Scope of Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to both external and internal customers. Your role will primarily involve handling inbound and outbound calls, managing high-volume and often complex customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations within our repair facility.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
* Administer customer repairs both in our repair facility and subcontracted.
* Provide high-quality customer service to all customers.
* Quote and price repairs or sale of other goods and services.
* Manage customer loan orders and requirements.
* Source and raise purchase orders in accordance with the purchasing handbook.
* Handle customer delivery forecasts, reports, and general enquiries.
* Liaise with production areas to achieve targets.
* Assist with import/export requirements.
* Maintain and improve TAT (turn-around-time), OTD ( on time delivery) quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Provide guidance to benefit the company and its customers.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies' requirements.
* Responsible for managing specific customer accounts from quotation to payment.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
* Proven experience in customer service and administrative support.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume and complex customer interactions.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with production and other teams.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the avionics industry is a plus.
