Join Quarriers as a Support Worker and reach your full potential by helping people live fuller happy lives!
Quarriers Village Supported Living Initiative and Riverview Respite Services are currently recruiting full and part time Support Workers to join our dedicated teams who care for people in their daily lives. All three services support adults who have learning, physical disabilities and mental health support needs.
Each person we support has their own interests and care is tailored to meet their individual needs, approached in a person-centred way.
As a Support Worker, you will be provided with training, shadowing, and time to get to know the people you support.
Interested? We are hosting a speed recruitment event for candidates interested in making a difference and who are willing to learn, develop, and build long-lasting relationships. The event will take place on Friday 7th February between 9 am - 5 pm, held at The Gateway, Quarriers Village.

* A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
* Fully flexible to be able to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support. Shifts include earlies, late, sleepover, and weekend working.
* Ability to build long-lasting relationships and support positive outcomes.
* Aligned values and willing to play a part in making Scotland a better place to be for the people we support.
* Willing to learn, develop, and attend extensive training to be a successful Support Worker.
