The Role
The position calls for an accomplished leader capable of maintaining excellent care outcomes, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth operational delivery. This role would suit a candidate passionate about resident wellbeing and committed to upholding strong inspection grades.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day service management, ensuring compliance and high-quality care
* Lead and mentor the care team to deliver best practice
* Manage budgets and resources to sustain effective operations
* Promote a positive, person-centred culture
* Build lasting relationships with families, regulators, and community partners
Requirements
* Proven track record managing a care home (nursing or residential)
* Understanding of governance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
* Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
* Ability to engage and motivate teams in a busy environment
