This is an established client based in Lutterworth (LE17) seeking Assembly Operatives to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on, detail-focused, long-term role with opportunities to learn and grow.

* Assemble flat pack furniture to specification
* Work with hand and power tools
* Carry out quality control checks
* Ensure products meet company standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
* No previous experience needed; full training provided
* A practical mindset and good attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* Basic tool-handling skills beneficial but not essential
* Reliable and committed to steady ongoing work
