Shop Volunteer (Communications & Marketing - Tywyn)
Our shops are unique environments where both the items and the people have a story to tell, and we need your help to tell these stories. We are looking for Communications & Marketing volunteers to promote our shop. If you are a vibrant, confident communicator with a passion for social media and blogging, this role will allow you to grow your online presence while spreading the power of kindness.
No experience is needed but strong communication skills and an interest in social media are desirable. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Draft original and engaging content for our communication channels
* Visit the shop to capture stories and take photos and videos
* Support events and report back on outcomes
* Create attractive window displays
* Sort donations for sale in the shop
* Assist customers on the shop floor
* Operate the till
Commitment
There is no minimum commitment or fixed hours. We ask that you agree to realistic hours you can attend and inform us of any changes. You can volunteer a few hours during the week or weekend as agreed with the shop manager.
