Dexory is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the growing needs of our marketing team. In this role, youll work closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the broader team to execute campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and support event and recruitment marketing initiatives. Youll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms and help drive measurable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and would be suitable for someone looking for that next step with a dynamic, high performing scale up business. Youll be looking to develop your skills within a busy marketing and communications environment, with lots of opportunities to help make a real impact.
This role will involve one day per week onsite at our facility in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Skills
Experience and skills:
g. ? Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO best practic
es. ? Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in exploring new channels/formats, including SEMrush
and Google Analy
tics. ? Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is a
plus. ? Organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication
skills. ? Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
e ? Computer literate good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Sui
te ? Experience with / knowledge of CRM platform like Hubs
pot ? Experience in a graphics package like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
