DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Any 5 from 7 - Start times between 06:00am and 08:00am - 48hr working week
* Responsibility for efficient transportation and delivery of products to customers using a commercial motor vehicle
* Class 1 - Collections -delivery - Back hauls - NDC - RDC - Store delivery
* Ensure that any documentation is completed, signed as required and returned to the Transport office
* To carry out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to operation of any vehicle and report any defects immediately
* Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
* Comply withour health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

* You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPCQualification and Digital Tachograph Card
* 2 years class 1 driving experience
* No more than 6 points
