Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s all-round development and meets individual needs. Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Oversee nursery operations, including staff schedules, budgets, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote the ethos and values of The Old Station Nursery, ensuring they are deeply embedded in daily practice. Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the nursery. Confidently lead inspections and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards. About our Nursery Our purpose-built nursery in Wombourne Village provides a safe and secure environment where children can explore exciting areas specifically designed just for them. With our main building accommodating most children and a cozy annex for our babies, our nursery features a fresh and modern design, offering plenty of room for children to express themselves creatively. We are located opposite the village green in Yew Tree Court, clearly sign posted from the one-way system around the village green. We have a carpark at the front of the nursery with on-street parking and non-chargeable carparks located within the village if required.
