* Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items that exceed guests' expectations
* Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
* Manage and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
* Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting
* Strong team management and supervisory skills
* Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary creativity
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
