If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Donovan's Dental Practice in Petworth.
The essentials:
* Full time hours
* Monday to Thursday 9-5.30pm, Friday 8-4pm
* Competitive salary from £17 per hour
* Lovely 3 surgery private practice with good reputation in local community specialising in a range of treatments
About you
We'd love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
* A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
* Passionate about delivering great service
* Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
* Experience working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
* Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
