The Role: Guest Relations Host
As part of the Guest Relations team, you will act as an ambassador for the event. Positioned at key points across the experience, you will ensure every guest feels supported, welcomed, and cared for throughout their journey.
You will:
Deliver a world-class service, resolving guest issues and queries with warmth and professionalism
Handle guest complaints with integrity, liaising with Event Managers and Head Office as required
Manage the delivery of the Post Office activity in the Village
Use onsite systems to support guests with questions, requests, and feedback
What Were Looking For
Friendly, confident individuals with excellent communication skills
A passion for providing a premium guest experience
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenges
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
