A renowned clothing retailer in Kingston Upon Thames is seeking a Service Desk Triage & Queue Administrator for a 3-month contract. This full-time role focuses on maintaining control of the IT Service Desk queue by triaging, categorizing, and prioritizing tickets. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, strong written communication skills, and familiarity with ITIL principles.
