Due to continued success and subsequent growth we are looking to expand our team of Call Centre Advisors.
The role will mainly focus on inbound calls aiming for one-call resolution. No contact is the same so it is important you are able to adapt to best assist each customer. In addition to calls, there will be email correspondence to answer where matters are more involved or where further investigation is required.
Customer service and/or call centre experience is preferential although candidates with other directly transferable skills will be considered and full training will be given. Continued training is provided to help maximise your potential. There will be daily targets set to help manage your development.
The skill set required for this role includes:
* Understanding of financial responsibility;
* Fluent in English, both written and oral;
* Good comprehension of the English language and an understanding of how to construct written correspondence;
* Strong verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with queries and disputes;
* An ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour at all times;
* An aptitude for learning and an ability to retain information as there will be background information to read, understand and apply;
* A strong team player and a good sense of humour.
Our offices are currently open 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and the working hours are 40 hours per week. Additional earnings through overtime is offered based on business needs on a voluntary basis with no obligation.

On target earnings (OTE) circa £26-30k.
Basic salary - Real Living Wage .
