Key Responsibilities * Convert client-approved designs into detailed production instructions using SAGE 50 software * Produce component pick lists to support manufacturing operations * Monitor and manage stock inventory levels to maintain production flow * Liaise with suppliers, the supply chain, and the in-house procurement lead regarding component availability * Create and issue works orders and manufacturing instructions * Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to meet client deadlines and requirements * Produce customer invoices accurately and efficiently * Coordinate and organise outbound logistics and shipment movements * Maintain accurate records and ensure diligent data input across established systems * Work independently while contributing to wider team objectives and operational goals * Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners * Collaborate with the Operations Director and senior leadership team on day-to-day operational activities ...
