Tuition may take place: Online In the student’s home In a public space such as a library Our students have varying SEN needs, so we are seeking tutors who are understanding, adaptable, and able to build strong, positive relationships with both learners and their families. What We’re Looking For We welcome tutors who can offer support in: English Maths But most importantly, we value tutors who are: Patient Enthusiastic Empathetic Confident in adapting teaching styles Skilled at building rapport and trust If you’re committed to helping young people grow in confidence and achieve their full potential, you’ll fit right in. Availability We are seeking tutors who can offer: At least 10–15 hours per week Full‑time tutors would typically support 2–3 pupils on their timetable Expectations Tutors will be required to: Log attendance daily Confidently follow safeguarding procedures Complete a lesson summary after each session Provide consistent, reliable and high‑quality support Pay Rate £25–£30 per hour If you’re passionate about personalised learning and thrive on supporting students who need that extra encouragement, we’d love to hear from you.
