A forward-thinking alternative provision in Isleworth is seeking a committed and inspiring Curriculum Lead for Mathematics & Numeracy. This is a unique opportunity to work across several sites, supporting young people with complex needs and helping them achieve positive, meaningful outcomes.
This role would suit a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about inclusive education. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-quality maths and numeracy curriculum, while supporting a dedicated and collaborative staff team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of maths and numeracy across the provision
* Engage and motivate students with behavioural and SEMH needs
* Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and student outcomes
* Contribute to whole-service planning and strategic direction
* Support staff in delivering effective and inclusive practice
Candidate Profile
* An enthusiastic and skilled teacher with leadership experience or potential
* Strong understanding of supporting students with additional and SEMH needs
* Resilient, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
* Passionate about raising achievement and re-engaging learners
