We have a short-term opportunity for a Segment Supplier Assurance Manager to cover a maternity. We need someone with strong Technical experience to help lead the Segment.
About the role…
Accountable for ensuring the quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and integrity of raw materials, packaging, and co-manufactured products within one of Nomad Foods’ buying segments: Fish & Co-Manufactured Products, Vegetables & Meat, or Ingredients & Packaging. The role safeguards Nomad Foods’ brand and consumers by implementing supplier assurance systems, processes, and ways of working defined by the Head of Supplier Assurance, whilst proactively managing supplier risk and driving continuous improvement across the assigned supplier base.

* Support delivery of procurement strategy for designated segment whilst ensuring food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

About you…
An individual with strong technical expertise, combined with commercial awareness, personal accountability, and strong influencing skills. Builds trust-based relationships through integrity, transparency, and collaboration, reinforcing a culture where quality, safety, and doing the right thing are non-negotiable.
* Experience of supplier assurance / technical within the food industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge/experience of Food QMS.
* Experience on ethical standards would be highly desirable.
* Food/Science degree or equivalent experience in SA/QC/QA.
* Food Process GMP.
