Responsibilities: You will provide technical support to end users and engineers, both internally and externally. Its important to ensure prompt and accurate information is scheduled. You will prioritize your workload to meet contractual deadlines. Answer customer telephone calls while ensuring internal customer service standards are maintained. You will be expected to handle any reasonable requests from line supervisors and the Head of Service. Providing first-line support to customers to resolve issues before passing them to the service team is essential. You will also provide support to the Service Scheduling Team as needed.
