Lead Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Commercial Building Paddington, West London up to £50,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Lead Engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias to be based on a commercial building in Paddington, West London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a 2 man working team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including:
* A basic salary of up to £50,000
* Monday to Friday 07:00am 16:00pm / 10:00am 19:00pm rotating weekly
* On Call:Rota basis @ £100 p/w when on call + call out (min 4 hrs) if attending site
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control Panels
* Changing Ballast
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
* Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
* Maintain and update Log books
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors
* Water flushing / temp checks logs
* Boosted water pumps
* Fire damper maintenance
* Attending Client meeting
* General PPMs
* Control of sub-contractors
* Permit to work system
* Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
* Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
* City & Guilds - 18th Edition
* Job logic experience (Preferred)
* Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
* Client Facing
