We are part of Poole Central PCN and benefit from additional services from an enhanced care team including Acute Visiting team, Care Home team, Pharmacist team, MSK practitioners, Link workers, & Health coaches.
We are a GMS practice with 9000 patients and growing, with a high QOF achievement, and a training practice for Medical Students and F2s. We offer a full range of Enhanced Services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our team to undertake 4-6 sessions.

The Practice has always prided itself on providing high quality care in a traditional family practice setting. We have built a positive relationship with our consultant colleagues at UHD. Two of our partners are GP trainers, and learning and education is an important part of what we do. In addition, we also take medical students at various points in their training.
