When you join Eden Futures, you'll complete a comprehensive Induction Programme including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We also support you in completing your Care Certificate and gaining a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a relevant field, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21, equating to approximately £26,652.72 annually based on a 42-hour week. The salary is illustrative and based on full-time hours.
We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and bank contracts. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends, providing flexibility to suit your commitments.
Our application process

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead full, active lives aligned with their wishes and support plans, participating in plan development
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare, taking appropriate action to prevent abuse
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, support practical tasks, and respect personal care and hygiene needs
* Act as an informal contact for families and social workers
* Accurately report and record care-related issues to monitor wellbeing
* Follow health and safety regulations and promote safety for all
* Maintain professional boundaries and develop appropriate relationships with service users
* Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Demonstrate organisational values and behaviours in your work
