The Role
As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the smooth running of the Head Office. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating a welcoming and professional environment for all office visitors
2. Advising the SLT on facilities and building issues
3. Organising office supplies and ordering catering for meetings
4. Maintaining relationships with external suppliers and contracts
5. Providing administrative support to the SLT and HR teams
6. Assisting in HR duties, including recruitment and onboarding
7. Creating and maintaining training accounts for new joiners
8. Supporting the organisation of events
The Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
9. Prior experience in office management or senior administrative positions
10. Exceptional organisation and planning skills
11. Excellent customer service and communication skills
12. Friendly and welcoming approach
13. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
14. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
